I’ve long had a difficulty with names and labels - they feel like an invitation to other people to stereotype and project whatever they associate with that label on to you.
So, if I call myself a ‘coach’ or a ‘facilitator’, you are likely to think ‘Ah yes, I know what they are like …. ‘

There are two types of work that really thrill me :
(i) when diverse people come together and share perspectives so that new understandings emerge and new thinking is made possible
(ii) when existing groups of people have really important conversations that they have never had before
The Change Exploratory helps design and implement change and leadership development processes that make a difference, combining facilitation, coaching and consultancy to fit particular contexts. We particularly enjoy bringing diverse people together and sparking the creativity that so often emerges from unlikely connections.
