The quotation above is from Otto Scharmer, the originator of Theory U - I am finding myself using it all the time. (OK, ‘all the time’ is an exaggeration, that would be silly, I’m finding myself using it a lot)

I’ve mentioned elsewhere on this site how useful I find the Einstein quote along the lines of ‘you can’t solve a problem at the same level at which it was created’. Theory U is, I reckon, the best answer going to the question ‘how do you get to a different level?’
