On the link below are details of a new one day highly experiential workshop format that introduces participants to the art and science of holding really good conversations and creating the optimum conditions for enabling transformative change to happen.
Pilot versions of this workshop working with groups in the community / voluntary sector have been going extremely well, now it is being rolled out to include audiences in higher education and business too.
The needs of these times, especially in Ireland, are urgent and exceptional. We need to spread the very best ways of working that engage people in the most meaningful conversations about the things that matter the absolute most.
