Supporting Change Leaders in Transformational Times

The biggest divide I constantly experience is between people who are still playing the ‘old game’ and working harder and harder for their share of the cake and people who are willing to engage in the deep work and know that ‘new cake’ is going to taste quite different.
Being a Change Leader when those around you are fighting for stale crumbs and you’ve already had a taste of the new, improved cake is a tough business. I’m really impressed by the article on the link below which catches a lot of this
